Fiona first graduated with a degree in Human Movements: Exercise Science. After working as a Cardiac Scientist and Sports trainer for 2 years, she then returned to the University of Queensland to complete a degree in Physiotherapy. After working for a few years in Brisbane, she moved to London and worked initially in the public system before settling into a highly reputable private practice. In the past year she was living in Switzerland while on maternity leave. She now has 2 young children.
Fiona has extensive experience working with athletes in a wide range of sports. She previously worked with the Rugby League QLD cup team North Devils and since has worked with several high level athletes of both winter and summer sports. Fiona has represented in several sports at a highly competitive level including softball, netball, volleyball and martial arts. She was most competitive in triathlons, but more recently she has focused her training towards half marathons and rat races.
