Sara has over 7 years of physiotherapy experience, graduating from the University of Queensland in 2010. Upon graduation, she spent two years working in a busy private practice in North Brisbane, also working as a sports physiotherapist to the 1st XV rugby team at Nudgee College.
Sara spent several years working in both Canada and Scotland, treating a range of sports injuries and working with NHS patients. She has volunteered as a physiotherapist in Peru, working with children with physical disabilities. Sara treats a range of musculoskeletal acute, chronic, sports and work related injuries. She has participated in many post-graduate studies, namely in western acupuncture (dry needling), upper and lower limb dysfunction, spinal management level 1, yoga and pilates.
Sara is currently halfway through a Master of Science in medicine (pain management) and has a particular interest in chronic pain, focusing on a holistic approach to management. In her spare time, Sara enjoys participating in yoga, running, cycling and surfing.
