Sara graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Queensland in 2010. She initially worked in a busy private practice and was physiotherapist to the first XV rugby team for Nudgee College.
Sara has spent 3 months volunteering at an orphanage in Peru as a physiotherapist for children with physical disabilities and also worked in a private practice in Scotland. She spent 18 months in a ski resort in Canada, treating a range of skiing and snowboarding injuries.
Sara’s personal interests include yoga, snowboarding, surfing and she has recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training course in India. Other post graduate qualifications are in western acupuncture (dry needling) and in clinical Pilates. Also, having completed Lyn Watson’s Shoulder Course and a Spinal Level 1, Sara is able to treat a broad range of patients. Currently completing her Masters of Science in Pain Management, Sara implements a holistic approach to physiotherapy aiming to manage pain, improve quality of life and enable self management.
